About Me

I spent my early career inside a Fortune 500 bank's security organization: running penetration tests against corporate networks and facilities, building out enterprise SIEM infrastructure, leading vendor evaluations for network access control, and helping shape how a large financial institution approached security operations. That experience gave me a permanent bias toward understanding how systems fail before deciding how to build them.

From there I co-founded a SaaS startup on .NET and Azure, then spent nearly a decade as a software engineer building backend services and system integrations across healthcare, government, and justice software. Along the way I took on CI/CD pipelines, drove AWS operations and security, and streamlined the deployment architecture. The line between development and operations never really existed for me.

Today I lead cyber security and infrastructure at Matrix Pointe Software. I've spent my whole career where security, infrastructure, and software overlap. I've never had the luxury of thinking about one without the others.
